[APPROVED] Delegation?

APPROVED by the majority of Hezarians.

As you may have noticed, the delegation(s) in Hezar Islands have been unorganized and thus
resulting in either accidental delegations or prolonged delegations. I propose that we make a
monthly election to elect a Delegate, and that the Delegate be responsible for foreign affairs
(Peace talks, handling hostile outsiders, etc). This is not to say that The Delegate is able to
overpower The High Senate, The High Senate is still as-is, The Delegate will handle outside
affairs such as someone (outside the Islands) declaring war on us. Seeing as what I say may
not be necessarily the best or even a good decision, If you find fault in this proposal, please
say what of it was faulty before rejecting it. Thank you.

PS: This is not a High Senate issue, as this deals with internal affairs only.

EDIT: This proposal needs two more votes to be approved (At least 60% of Hezarians have to
vote yes for this proposal to be approved, which is 4 votes in total currently).
